Experiencia negativa: Scheduled an appointment after much difficulty (and their unwillingness to give me an early hour). When I showed up to the appointment and I was told they had to cancel it. No previous phone call. Trying to reschedule, the alternative hour they offered me was in 3 weeks. They didn't offer any accommodation.
