Nuestra clínica es una policlínica con más de 30 especialidades, por lo que el personal de recepción siempre valida los procedimientos quirúrgicos específicos con los especialistas antes de confirmarlo, lo cual es parte de nuestro protocolo de calidad.
Tras devolverle la llamada para informarle de que sí realizamos la cirugía de callo y comunicarle las tarifas, usted optó por no agendar la visita de valoración con la doctora.
Nos sorprende esta valoración tras haber resuelto su consulta con total transparencia. Si cambia de opinión, estaremos encantados de atenderle para lo que necesite.
Experiencia fantástica: I am traveling in Spain and broke my tooth. I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr Flor Gomez - who went above and beyond to save my tooth until I can get to an endodontist. Her touch with the Novocain injection was soft…that’s usually the worst part and it was not so painful. She made me feel safe and as relaxed as possible in the moment. I only wish I could have been more expressive in my gratitude when I left instead of half-in my own world after the procedure. Hopefully this review makes up for it. Experiencia fantástica: I have to say that I’m a very anxious person with anything related with a dentist or places where I can’t move for an extended period of time. Having said that, Dra. Berta Furio and her team are excellent, patient, empathetic, and friendly. They inform you of the whole process step by step, they make sure you are ok during the process and they answer their emails between visits. I’m very happy and I’ll come back for a root canal with a specialist.

Experiencia fantástica: Firstly, all staff are very welcoming and kind. Most of all my dentist Jaime is fantastic, I was very nervous at first but very quickly i realized there was no need to be worried as all was completely painless and he explained every step along the treatment from start to finish. I had several front crowns fitted because my own teeth were small and crooked and had a gap, so it was a big job! He has made me beautiful new teeth and a smile that looks natural. i am so satisfied with the result, it was all worth it. and after only two appointments with two weeks.in between when i was fitted with temporary crowns . Experiencia negativa: Since the first time I arrived for my appointment the receptionist giggled and we’re not very nice to me. After waiting over 45 minutes for my appointment I saw Dr. Fillipi, who was very professional and quite good. The second appointment I made I had the same issues with the receptionist, not very nice and left after waiting for over an hour to see the dentist. They don’t understand punctuality! If you’re nonwhite, I’d stay away.

Experiencia fantástica: About three years ago, I had to come in for a dental emergency on a Sunday after I broke my two front teeth. I was absolutely terrified and have always been very anxious about going to the dentist. Dr. Berta Furió was incredibly kind and gentle, she managed to reattach the fractured fragments of my teeth, and they are still perfectly in place today. I couldn’t believe how natural and strong they look even after all this time. Even though I still get nervous, Dr. Berta Furió is the only dentist I trust. Experiencia negativa: Я обратилась в клинику на осмотр БЕЗ БОЛИ, на снимке нашли кариес в зубе 7 маляре, сказали давайте пролечим сейчас. Я молча согласилась , доктор начала сверлить, сказала 15-20 минут и всё. В итоге она пробила мне но пульпа зуб , ассистентка бегала 4 раза в другой кабинет, я сидела в кресле 1,5 часа. Доктор поставила пломбу постоянную за 300€ и сразу же после анестезии у меня началась БОЛЬ адская. Это было начало пульпит. Доктор сказала ничего пейте ибупрофен и ждите. Я мучалась 10 дней с болью, а когда пришла к ним , оказалось что нужно уже все открывать и лечить каналы. А врача кто это лечит просто нет. Ужасная клиника , непрофессиональная и даже опасная. Никому не рекомендую. Доктор залезла в зуб , в глубокий кариес не имея на это никакой компетенции. В итоге я уже месяц бегаю по другим врачам.

After carefully consulting with Dr. Laura Gonzalez and reviewing your patient history, We can confirm that Dr. Gonzalez has acted with full transparency and clear communication throughout your treatment.
The cavity on tooth 17 was first identified during your consultation on June 5th, 2024, at which time Dr. Gonzalez advised prompt treatment. Unfortunately, as no treatment was carried out at that time, the cavity progressed significantly by the time of your appointment on July 25th, 2025. At this stage, the decay had reached close proximity to the pulp, requiring a more complex intervention.
During this appointment, Dr. Gonzalez explained that the cavity was deep and required a filling with a protective Biodentine base, designed specifically to shield the pulp and allow healing. It was also communicated that post-treatment sensitivity and inflammation were to be expected, and that these symptoms typically subside with time.
You were seen for follow-up monitoring on July 29th, 30th, and 31st, during which you reported a gradual reduction in symptoms. Throughout these visits, Dr. Gonzalez discussed the possibility of a root canal treatment should the inflammation (pulpitis) prove to be irreversible. It is important to note that all of these follow-up appointments were provided at no additional cost to you, in our commitment to your care and comfort.

Experiencia negativa: Я обратилась в эту клинику год назад с надеждой что мне очень качественно помогут за те деньги, которые они запросили. Мне поставили пломбу и спасли нерв (лучше бы не спасали, из за него у меня было много мучительных дней) В итоге через месяц после лечения у меня сильно разболелся зуб. Я написала им снова и они запросили еще большую сумму за повторное лечение (более 300€) Боль возвращалась еще несколько раз в течение года, но я просто думала что это нерв и может быть это несерьезно, мне же провели «прекрасное лечение». Сейчас пломба раскололась и теперь боль уже настолько сильная что мне придется идти к врачу. Я бы никому не советовала эту клинику. Ощущение, что лечение было произведено с расчетом на то, чтобы клиент вернулся и платил снова, только теперь намного больше за и так плохо выполненную работу. Непрофессионально и чудовищно дорого для такого качества услуг!!

Experiencia positiva: Tenía una primera visita para ortodoncia. He llegado 10 minutos antes a la cita. He estado esperando 50 minutos más (una hora en total) a ser atendida. Delante mío han pasado 5 pacientes que habían llegado después de mí. En ningún momento se me ha dado ninguna explicación. Finalmente me he tenido que ir sin ser atendida. Una pésima carta de presentación. Al día siguiente me llamó la doctora para disculparse, comentando que fue una situación muy poco habitual. Se agradeció el gesto.

The staff are super friendly on the phone and when you arrive at the office and the medical care is excellent and caring! Experiencia fantástica: Dra Smit is fabulous. Her orthodontist work is impeccable. She offers custom braces that are affixed to the back of the teeth. Not only are they unseen, they work super quickly. Only take 1/2 of the regular braces time. Lovely staff too. Very modern office, equipment.

The consultants are experts and the facilities are fantastic, both the physical amenities and tools at the clinic, and the patient portal online, which is much easier to use than any other medical platform I have seen. Experiencia fantástica: I had an infected tooth ( a post root canal ) that I believe was causing me systemic problems. My heart started to race in my chest as I went to bed, there was tingling around my face, I got an X-ray on a Friday ( different location ) confirming the infection. For Saturday I had an appointment, they listened, called up the surgeon who came in, and within an hour my tooth was out and the place cleaned. Avoid dental problems in the first place, but if you do have one, book an appointment with them.

Experiencia negativa: This is the biggest absurd I've seen in Spain. I made an appointment to see someone to put a little piece of resin to patch a broken front tooth. It was on a Saturday. As I arrived there, the dentists were all super young...don't even know if they have a diploma. The dentist haven't touched my mouth. I explained the situation and got the price of 395€. I thanked and left. They called me asking for 140€ of emergency consultation PERDONA This was an abuse, I didn't pay of course but felt extremely offended. It is sad to see how some professionals want to take advantage of people...very sad.

Experiencia negativa: My friend and I made an appointment for 15.10 and 15.20 for some blood tests. We went in at 15.19, but the nurse told us that she could no longer take blood and that she had to go. Although we walked for 15 minutes in the rain to give blood and paid for it, we were sent back out the door with a very unpleasant attitude. If you were going to do this, why did you make an appointment?

The standouts during this time has been treatment for adolescent orthodontic braces, dentistry and our general health care during Covid. Importantly too, all in English. Experiencia fantástica: My wife had an abscess related to a wisdom tooth during a 1-week stay in Barcelona. Needless to say it was painful and the spectre of searching for emergency dental care in Spain was a little nerve-wracking. The clinic is clean, professional, and members of staff speak English and perfect French, in addition to Catalan and Spanish. The clinic is in a ritzy neighbourhood and it's not cheap. For an x-ray, some tooth cleaning, and ultimately the removal of one wisdom tooth we paid just under €600 total (including a hefty appointment fee). This did not strike me as excessive considering we made the appointment at 8:30am, arrived at 11:00am, and were out by 12:15pm, thereby saving our vacation. I'm sure that there are places in Barcelona that are cheaper but I would not hesitate to return. As an added (unexpected) benefit the neighbourhood is one of the most elegant in the city. Recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dentistry offered by attentive and gentle specialists who are skilled in all the latest developments in dentistry. Everyone speaks English, as well as other languages widely in use (Spanish & Catalan, Portuguese, Italian, French). Staff are extremely helpful. We have never had to wait long. The price for services is very reasonable given the quality of the service given, and the expertise. I paid about 120 euros for a cleaning that was very gentle but effective, one of the 2-3 best I have ever had. (I am almost 70.) My son had some cosmetic dentistry; my husband had significant dental work done, including implants. He is very happy with the service and results. Everything is well explained.

Experiencia positiva: Tuve un trozo de mi diente que se cayó y llamé a la clínica dental Turo Park para preguntar si podía tener una cita. Me dijeron que podía ir al mediodía, pero como era sábado, habría un cargo de 140,00 € que acepté. Cuando llegué, dijeron que lo mejor era hacer una radiografía para asegurarme de que el diente estaba bien, lo cual, por suerte, estaba. Mi trozo de diente roto fue vuelto a pegar. El cargo fue de 310,00 € que no esperaba y, a regañadientes, tuve que pagar.
Experiencia positiva: Para una cita
Experiencia negativa: Llegué con una queja de dolor y un mal olor en un diente, y el doctor me dijo que era por una mala mordida y me recomendó tomar Ibuprofeno. Como resultado, fui a otra clínica donde me hicieron un examen y encontraron un absceso. No recomiendo esta clínica.
Experiencia fantástica: Cita rápida para emergencia relacionada con un diente roto de mi hija. El personal es muy acogedor y, sobre todo, la dentista, muy profesional, fue muy pedagógica y eficaz en su forma de proceder y en su enfoque. ¡Recomendamos encarecidamente este establecimiento dental!

Experiencia negativa: Fui hace un año y medio con náuseas y pedí una consulta. A pesar de tener un DIU, aún tenía dudas sobre la posibilidad de estar embarazada, tuve que insistir para hacerme una prueba porque el doctor me dijo que era imposible con el DIU. Finalmente obtuve la prueba junto con muchos otros análisis de sangre, me dijeron que me llamarían si algo debía ser importante. Nunca me llamaron y solo después de 2 semanas miré la prueba por curiosidad, a pesar de que pensaba que todo debía estar bien si no me habían llamado. Resulta que estaba embarazada... En fin, un seguimiento patético para algo tan importante. Cuando llamé en pánico, primero me trataron con desprecio y solo cuando lloré por teléfono tomaron mi llamada en serio. Huyan de esta clínica que se burla de su salud y su futuro y solo quiere su dinero.

Fue muy fácil enviarles un mensaje para reservar una cita, me agendaron para el día siguiente para una consulta y luego, cuando decidieron que necesitaría que me extrajeran la muela del juicio, me programaron para la mañana siguiente con el cirujano. Fue muy amable y se aseguró de que me sintiera relajado mientras lo hacía. Todo el procedimiento tomó menos de 10 minutos y me recetaron analgésicos muy fuertes, así que no sentí mucho dolor en absoluto. Recomendaría al 100% que vayan aquí si quieren una experiencia agradable y fácil... ¡también son más baratos que mi dentista privado en casa, así que fue una gran ventaja para mí!

Experiencia fantástica: Me puse en contacto con la clínica a través de whatsapp y pude hacer preguntas sobre sus precios y políticas de seguro. La persona que respondió fue muy amable y obtuve mi cita un día después. La clínica es muy bonita y limpia, además todos los que trabajan allí fueron muy amables. Para mi sorpresa, no tuve que esperar y pude hablar directamente con un médico. El nombre de mi médico fue Radia Sefroui y ella fue verdaderamente todo lo que podría haber deseado en mi dentista. Se tomó su tiempo para explicar todo cuidadosamente y se tomó su tiempo para responder todas mis preguntas. El ambiente y el tratamiento fueron perfectos y solo puedo recomendar esta clínica.
Experiencia positiva: esta es una gran clínica en un vecindario realmente agradable. Vine para un chequeo/consulta. El dentista fue súper informativo y el personal de recepción fue muy cortés y servicial, tanto por teléfono como en persona, todo fue fácil y rápido :)

Sucedió un domingo por la mañana y encontré la Clínica Turo Dental Park que abre todos los días. El personal de recepción fue muy comprensivo con mi dolor y mi situación de viaje. ¡Me atendieron esa misma mañana! La Dra. Berta Furió, su asistente María y el personal de recepción fueron geniales. No deseo el dolor dental a nadie, pero si te encuentras en Barcelona y tienes uno, esta es la clínica a la que ir. 5 estrellas no son suficientes. Gracias a todos en esta clínica.
Experiencia fantástica: El tratamiento dental que recibí en la Clínica Dental Turo Park fue excelente. La comunicación por teléfono y correo electrónico fue brillante, y pude reservar citas fácilmente. Todo mi tratamiento y comunicaciones fueron con dentistas y personal que hablan inglés. Recomendaría encarecidamente la Clínica Dental Turo Park, ¡y ahora tendré mis chequeos continuos allí ya que visito Barcelona una o dos veces al año!
Experiencia positiva: Primero, lo bueno: Esta es una clínica hermosa en una gran ubicación con un personal maravilloso que habla un inglés fantástico y proporciona una gran atención durante las citas. Los doctores son minuciosos, con buenas habilidades interpersonales, y hay tantas especialidades disponibles en este único lugar. Pude obtener una limpieza dental sin cita previa que fue probablemente la mejor y más exhaustiva que he tenido. Elena, la fisioterapeuta, es una maravilla; capaz de solucionar un dolor de espalda debilitante solo con sus manos en dos sesiones. Para adultos que buscan doctores que hablen inglés, este lugar tiene todo lo que necesitas. Lo malo: las ofertas pediátricas son insuficientes. 9 veces de cada 10, cuando estoy en la consulta de un médico, es porque uno de mis hijos está enfermo con una enfermedad rutinaria. Los pediatras aquí son buenos, pero sus horarios son demasiado limitados, algunos solo trabajan dos días a la semana. Los médicos generales también son buenos, pero no todos verán a los niños. Si mi hijo tiene bronquitis o una infección de oído, quiero saber que puedo llamar a la clínica y obtener una cita con un médico dentro de un día. Eso no ha sido el caso con Turò Park Medical, y aunque todas mis necesidades pueden ser atendidas con los doctores de esta clínica, he tenido que ampliar mis opciones a tres proveedores de atención más para obtener la atención que mis hijos necesitan dentro de un período de tiempo razonable. Espero que se produzca un cambio en la programación que asegure que siempre haya un médico de atención general para niños disponible durante el horario de clínica.
Experiencia fantástica: ¡Lo recomiendo mucho! Llamé a Turó Park DC la semana pasada con dolor en mis mejillas, me acomodaron con una cita para el mismo día. Resultó que eran mis muelas del juicio saliendo (¡a los 31 años!) y pudieron programarme para la cirugía al día siguiente. Estaba increíblemente nervioso por someterme a esta cirugía lejos de casa, pero mi dentista tenía una forma de manejar muy encantadora que realmente ayudó a reducir mi miedo. Fue cariñoso y me explicó cada parte del procedimiento con amabilidad. La cirugía terminó en menos de una hora y mi recuperación fue mucho más rápida de lo que esperaba (basado en los tiempos de recuperación de otros amigos) - lo cual estoy seguro es el resultado de que mi cirujano dental hizo un gran trabajo. Las recepcionistas también fueron muy amables, una realmente me ayudó a sentirme a gusto compartiendo su propia historia reciente de cirugía de muelas del juicio conmigo. ¡Muchas gracias a todos por su amabilidad y profesionalismo! Recomiendo mucho esta práctica.

Experiencia negativa: El diagnóstico en línea es completamente una estafa y sin sentido. Solo me enviaron una receta de Paracetamol que puedes comprar en cualquier lugar sin ningún documento.
